that a deposit equal to 50% of the quoted price is received by
Portsmouth Web Design®
prior to beginning the project,
with the balance due prior to activation of the website.

Per hour pricing requires a deposit
from each new client, prior to

Upon completion, an Online Invoice will be emailed, with the balance

Contracted design is a lesser price alternative for larger
companies who require top quality graphics, design and IT
related work on a
frequent basis, without the added expense of hiring full time
staff to complete these projects.
Depending upon the contract and terms chosen, your company could
